3. Do you ship the goods to another country?

4. I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?
Search for the item by keyword, otherwise you can either search the name of the item or a style number of the Brand. Meanwhile, we welcome you to inform us your any ideal item which is not found on website. And we will let you know as soon as possible if we have your item in stock.
 
5. Price with shipping charge or without?
Price is for the wholesale price without shipping charge included.
By submiting your order you will be able to see the shipping cost.  If you are not able to see the shipping cost, that could be the shipping method is not perfered.
 
 
6. How is the shipping charge if I would like to place an order?
Shipping charge is calculated according to different country, total goods weight or quantities. We charge only the exact weght caculated by shipping company.
7. Could you tell me your minimal order?
We are focusing on wholesaling the goods worldwide. Summing up the different demands of our customers, we would like to accept 10 pieces in one item as our minimal order!  You can set up a trial order to test the high quality of our products and our best service. Any dissidence please consults with our sales staff.  
 
8. What if my order is not sent?
Orders that are not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, thus, please confirm your contact information with us before package is shipped out. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be sent to the customer and will only be resent upon the transaction confirmed again.
 
9. The guarantee of your benefits?
If any quality and shortage happened during transit are under our side, please inform us in time and we will make 100% compensate.
If our failing to complete your order caused by force major, we will negotiate with you in time and come up with an acceptable settlement way.

10. How to ship and check order?

11. How long does it take for delivery?
Generally speaking, it takes 7-9 working days for the delivery when goods are shipped. 
 
12. Why not accept payment via Paypal?
Until now we accept three payment terms: western union and bank wire transfer and Credit Card. We do admit that Paypal is one international and convenience service for most countries. However, we are sorry to remind you that due to the different foreign exchange system, international payment through Paypal into China can not be drawed out in any bank in China. However we do take paypal for VIP member with our limited over sea account. Details information please call Paypal free call service. We regret that we can not meet your requirement!
 
13.Size fitting problem
  All of our clothes' fitting goes by the original brand's size chart.
Please study the brand you are pruchasing.   For example a slim fit brand's large does not eqral's to lose fit large. However if you still runs into these problem and would like an exchange.  Please send the item back to with a tracking number. And we can give you a exchange of the item.  Buyer need to pay for the shipping cost.
 
14. Seized by Customs or local authorities.
Please be aware that www.bodfashion.com cannot be held responsible for orders seized by Customs or local authorities. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and COD fees that may apply, as these cannot be anticipated by us or calculated into our price.
